What is the inspiration for your design?
Multigenerational family life requires a lot of space, especially since the needs of each space are different because the users are of different ages. This design concept is to solve the problem that multi-generation families are struggling. This concept design facilitates the use and needs of all family members, including the elderly, middle-aged, and children. The design of this bathroom layout divides the space into four different sections to facilitate users can use without waiting. At the same time, this design gives users more space than the normal bathroom space thus is a multi-functional space, hich facilitates daily living. it provides a function for Lots of users, such as a children's bath, a bath for the elderly, a washing clothes, and a spa relaxing space.
How does the design fulfill the need of the target users?
This design concept caters to the needs of all family members. At the same time, family members can use it according to their individual needs. Suppose the wife is taking a bath and the husband is washing his face and brushing his teeth, the grandma is bathing the grandson and the grandpa is going to the toilet.Everyone can enjoy the space with different needs of life all together.
How does the design fulfill the design challenge?
This era is the era of the epidemic which has an impact on our lives, making us more hygienic such as wearing masks when going out, washing hands when entering the door, etc. In this design, I put the washbasin space outside to make it more convenient and practical. As soon as you enter the door, you can see the washbasin space to clean your hand, which brings more convenient aspects of life.
How does the choice of products contribute to the purpose of the design?
All products have been particularly selected to achieve the best appearance and minimalist design, making the design scheme more flexible and creative. Especially all products make people more convenient and practical, easy to clean, and make people enjoy a more hygienic lifestyle.
